S4 Firmware Update/Fix Registration

Important notice:

Earlier firmware versions, including 2.01 & 2.03, of the S4 monitor have difficulty connecting to the more modern usb-host-controllers.

WaterRower has produced upgraded firmware to resolve this problem, available in versions 2.10 and above

Note- you may check your firmware version as follows- Switch on your S4 monitor, press the "advanced" button until you reach advanced function 9, then press "OK". Your firmware version is now on the bottom right.
