Traditionally, dispatch of shipment occurs within 3-5 business days (major cities excluding Western Australia and Norther Territories which are typically 5-7). WaterRower is entitled to partial deliveries. Please refer to WaterRower.com for the most current shipping prices.
For direct assistance with warranty or defective items, please contact WaterRower AU at +61 (2) 9681 4221. We recommend items should be returned using a traceable carrier to ensure return delivery. Returned items should be packaged properly to protect against damages that may occur during transit. Please include your name and all pertinent information clearly stated on/within the box. As stated in our warranty, all items must be shipped back to WaterRower with freight prepaid.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and WaterRower have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services shall be refunded.
