WaterRower Agent Warranty System

The System Explained- The WaterRower Agent Warranty System coordinates supply of spare parts to the agents for the purpose of both Warranty and Service claims. Furthermore it coordinates the replenishment of these parts as the are consumed. The system functions as follows;

  1. WaterRower supplies the agent with a standard stock of common spare parts sufficient to resolve all warranty and service issues

  2. When parts are used for warranty claims a warranty form must be completed

  3. When parts are used for service claims then a spare parts order form should be completed. A discount will apply

  4. The parts consumed will be replaced with your next machine order. Warranty parts will be replaced free of charge, service parts will be replaced and invoiced

  5. Periodically we will request a stock take to check stock levels. This is designed to stop stock shrinkage (were parts have been used and not reported). Replacement of parts due to shrinkage will be invoiced to the agent at their discounted rate

Note- ALL PARTS USED MUST BE REPORTED AS WARRANTY OR SERVICE OTHERWISE YOU WILL RUN OUT OF STOCK

 

Agent Warranty Form- to report/replace all parts relating to warranty claims

 

Agent Service Parts Order Form- to report/replace all parts used for servicing (not under Warranty)

 

Stock Check Sheets- view pdf's of your base stock supplied to you by WaterRower for stock take purposes
